The administrator chooses a language. The system collects the software text and sends it for translation, keeping the formatting and variables the software needs.

Five new language versions in a single weekend
Ghstops needed new languages and a way to translate and review its software text. I built a process where one AI model translates and another reviews. An administrator approves the text before release.
I released five new language versions, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish, in 11 hours of active work. AI API costs stayed under €20.

A second AI model reviews the translation
A second AI model checks the meaning, tone and accuracy of the translation. It flags phrases that might sound unnatural in the target language.

Admin review and publish
The administrator reviews each translation and can accept, edit or reject it. Approved text moves into the software automatically.
What this work demonstrates
Text collection, translation, review and approval happen in one place. I released five new languages in 11 hours of work with AI costs under €20. The administrator can review and edit the text before it goes live.
