1. The service

The full GEO audit assesses how AI assistants and AI search find, understand and recommend your business's website. It covers the pages listed when you order: your homepage and the pages you choose for the order.

The audit is made with AI. Once it has read your site, we ask you a few questions about your business; you can answer them or skip them. The report is ready a few minutes after your answers or the skip, and we deliver it as a private report link to your email. The report contains findings, fix instructions and task lists; we make no changes to your website.

2. Price and VAT

The price is shown on the order page before payment: the base price covers the number of pages stated on the order page, and each further page costs the page price shown. Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at payment as follows:

• Estonia: Estonian VAT.
• Another EU country, a business with a valid VAT number: no VAT (reverse charge; the buyer accounts for the VAT).
• Another EU country without a VAT number: Estonian VAT.
• Outside the EU: no VAT.

We check the VAT number in the EU VAT register before payment, and the company name you give must match the register's. Where the register shows no name, we rely on the name you give.

3. Order and payment

The order is made when the payment is confirmed. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The invoice is made out to the billing details you give at payment, and you receive a receipt and the invoice by email. The audit starts right after payment.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the audit starts at your request right after payment, the right of withdrawal ends when the audit has been delivered. If you withdraw before delivery, we refund the price less the share of the work already done. To withdraw, tell us by email. info@snaips.com

Business customers have no right of withdrawal.

5. If the audit cannot be delivered

If we cannot make the audit, for example because the website blocks its pages from being read, we refund the payment in full. If the audit contains an error on our side, we correct it or refund the payment.

6. The nature of the results

AI assistants' answers vary with time, the person asking and the service. The audit describes the situation when it is made and gives recommendations. We do not guarantee that AI will recommend your business or that visibility will change in a particular way.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the audit. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, nor to a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.

9. Governing law and disputes

Estonian law applies. Consumers keep the rights given by the mandatory consumer protection law of their country of residence. Please contact us first and we will sort it out. A consumer can also take a dispute to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or to the consumer disputes body of their own country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. An order is governed by the terms in force when it was made.
